NEW ONLINE SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

When logging on the first time May 15, 2007 and thereafter, you will be prompted to enroll in the new security features.

Please review the following instructions to familiarize yourself with the enrollent process before you begin:

1. Logon using your existing User ID and Password.
2. An Authentication Image will be assigned that is unique to your User ID. You will need to enter an Authentication Phrase to accompany your Authentication Image. This phrase is one you create and is known only to you.
3. Create three different Challenge Questions for your account. Select the three Challenge Questions you would like to use and supply answers for them. Please remember that answers are case sensitive and special characters are not accepted.
4. You will have the option to register the computer from which you are accessing the bank website. You should not register if you are using a public PC.
5. Click Submit to continue. You will then be able to access your accounts and services as before.

After logging in, if you would like to change the Authentication Image that has been assigned to you or your Authentication Phrase, you can do so be clicking on the link to Services on the left-hand side of the screen and then the link to Security Maintenance at the bottom of the page.

When logging on in the future, the process will be much simpler. If you are using a private PC and have registered your computer, you will simply need to verify your Authentication Image and Phrase. If you log on using a public PC that is not registered, you will need to answer one of your Challenge Questions in addition to verifying your Phrase and Image. If at any time you receive an Authentication Image and/or Phrase that do NOT belong to you, or if you have any questions regarding the new security features and enrollment process, please give us a call.
